We listen and ask questions from the beginning to understand the full parameters of the project. Proper discovery helps us identify the project scope and objectives, uncover any historical pain points or system shortcomings and understand the project timeline. Understanding these parameters from the beginning is critical to offering the best solution.

STEP 02

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

MMS outlines and presents a system proposal to establish the system direction, product choices, and budget. We are committed to developing a solution that meets current building codes, architectural limitations, and efficiency desires.

STEP 03

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

  • Communicate and Document Technical Details

  • Understand Equipment Application
     

Working closely with the consulting engineer, facilities engineer and design build contractor, MMS defines the system concept and final product and performance specifications. MMS is always there to provide written specifications, equipment performance schedules, drawings, and recommend sequence of operations.

A project isn’t complete when the system is designed. In many ways, the real work is just beginning for us. It’s at this point that MMS handles proposal generation, contract negotiation, submittal generation, order equipment, project management, logistical coordination as well as startup, commissioning support and owner training. MMS follows up on every aspect of the construction process to ensure optimal success and performance.
